Betty L. Ishmael Obituary

Betty L. Ishmael, 93 of Coloma, Michigan, passed away peacefully on January 26, 2026, at West Woods of Bridgman. 

She was born on July 25, 1932 in Elk Rapids, Michigan. Betty had a creative and curious spirit. She enjoyed photography and took great pleasure in collecting coins, plates and various treasured trinkets over the years. These collections reflected her appreciation for beauty, history and meaningful details. 

She is survived by her son, Timothy Ishmael (Wendy); her grandsons, Ian and Caeleb; and several nieces and nephews. 

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Alice Miller and Clive Pickard; her step-parents, Frank Miller and Estella Pickard; her brother, Vic Pickard (Verna) and her sister, Barb Roush (Frances). 

She will be remembered fondly by those who knew and loved her.
