The Aware Lab For Movement and Creativity Ribbon Cutting

September 15th at The Box Factory for the Arts Studio 143
One of The Box Factory for the Arts newest residents will be celebrating their official ribbon cutting on Wednesday, September 15th from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Salle Huber's The Aware Lab for Movement and Creativity serves as a one-of-a-kind wellness studio that offers a bridge between rehab and fitness. Providing tools to help you get out of, and stay out of chronic pain, overall better body awareness, and an opportunity to live your best possible life! "My passion is to use Pilates and The MELT Method (and a wealth of wisdom I have learned over the years) to introduce clients to their teach you how your body works and how you can enjoy a deeper relationship with it.  I teach tools that you can use to get out and stay out of chronic pain, and I challenge you to work with purpose and intention so every move is your best.  Every client should leave The Aware Lab feeling better than when they arrived...every time!" says Huber.
One thing that Huber says makes The Aware Lab different is that she spends time asking how her clients feel doing the movements, and based on that information makes adjustment for improvement. “It’s called ‘assessing’ and it is the most important part of working together. By doing this, we take time to master the set up and precision for every move so you stay safe and get the most out of every exercise.”
Located in Studio 143 on the Riverwalk level, the public is welcome to join for the ribbon cutting ceremony, the open house that will follow at 5:30 p.m., or to MELT and Move among the Art at the Box that evening.
