Charles M. Russell November 17, 1955 - January 27, 2023

Charles M. Russell, 67, of Covert, passed away on January 27, 2023 at his home.

Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 1 at Duffield & Pastrick Family Funeral Home in Coloma with visitation beginning one hour prior to the service. Charles was born November 17, 1955 in Ypsilanti, Mich. to Edward and Betty (Newitt) Russell. He owned Russell Roofing Company and enjoyed motorcycles, fishing and hunting. Charles loved nature and was also an avid bird watcher.

Charles is survived by his children Elizabeth Russell of Amarillo, Texas, Jeremy (Rebecca) Russell of Coloma and Shana Hochstetler of Goshen; siblings Mariann Looney and Edward Russell III; grandchildren Angelina, Elijah, Nicholas, Leia, Charlie, Jeremy, Samantha, Libby and Clay; and great grandchildren Brycen and Britton. Also surviving are his biological siblings that he reconnected with Sharon Anderson, Sue Pike and John Boese.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his granddaughter Mikila.
