Flowers Early Learning Launches Tuition-Based Infant and Toddler Pilot Program in Millburg Southwest Michigan, January 8, 2025

For the first time in 54 years, Flowers Early Learning is expanding access to care by launching a tuition-based pilot program for infants and toddlers in the Benton Harbor area.

This pilot program will serve children from birth to age three. Children must be three years old or younger as of September 1, 2025. A limited number of tuition-based slots will be available at our Millburg location, allowing Flowers Early Learning to respond to the growing need for high-quality infant and toddler care in the community.

This new option reflects Flowers Early Learning’s ongoing commitment to meeting families where they are and strengthening early childhood education across Southwest Michigan. Families enrolled in the pilot program will receive the same nurturing, relationship-based care and developmentally appropriate learning experiences that define our Early Head Start and Head Start programs.

Flowers Early Learning accepts CDC scholarships, helping make this opportunity more accessible for eligible families.

Families interested in this tuition-based infant and toddler pilot program are encouraged to submit an interest form online. Enrollment is limited. For questions or additional information, families can call 269-657-2581.
