Kevin Joseph Hines Obituary
The family of Mr. Kevin Joseph Hines is saddened to announce his sudden passing on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at the age of 77.
Kevin was born on April 9, 1949 to Joseph and Joyce (Dewey) Hines in Queens, New York City. After graduating high school, Kevin joined the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was Honorably Discharged and began working at Sears, Roebuck and Co. While living in New York, Kevin met his wife, formerly Lori Ann Bennett, and the two were married on August 21, 1988.

Kevin enjoyed spending his time working in the yard and completing new projects around the house. He was an avid fan of Nascar, Major League Baseball and golf. Most of all, Kevin loved spending time with his children, and especially his grandchildren, who affectionately called him “Papa.” Kevin will be remembered for his sense of humor, compassionate heart, and ability to build or fix almost anything.
