Nancy L. Burchfield Obituary

Nancy L. Burchfield, 87 of Lawrence, passed away July 26, 2024 at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Monday, August 5 at Duffield & Pastrick Family Funeral Home in Coloma. A graveside service will follow at Hill Cemetery in Lawrence at 2:00 p.m. Those wishing to leave an online message for the family may do so at www.duffieldpastrick.com.

Nancy was born January 17, 1937 in Lawrence to Glenn and Maxine (Stevens) Davis. She worked for ES Enterprises in Hartford for over 20 years and had a love for flowers and gardening. A couple other of her favorite pastimes were ceramics, and crocheting and she has left behind many beautiful creations. Her and her granddaughter Hali also loved going to yard sales together.

Nancy is survived by her three sons; Ron (Pam) Burchfield of Bangor, Kevin Burchfield of Hartford, Doug (Melvina) Burchfield of Hartford; and one daughter Marney Santo of Lawrence. Also surviving is one brother Paul “Snookie” Davis of Elkhart; one grandchild Ron (Sarah) Burchfield Jr. and five great grandchildren Ron III, Elle, Scarlett, Avery and Jackson.

Nancy was preceded in death by her granddaughter Hali Burchfield in 2017 and her brother Glenn “Pete” Davis Jr. in 2013.
