Philip K. Radtke, D.D.S.

For the past 17 years, Dr. Radtke was a root canal specialist with PKR Endodontics in Michigan City, Indiana. He was a dedicated professional, Diplomat with the American Board of Endodontics, and Northwestern University Dental School Alumni.

A veteran, Colonel Radtke served in the United States Army Dental Corp for 20 years.

He was preceded in death by his father, Colonel Richard Radtke. He leaves behind his loving family: wife, Lori Radtke; mother, Irene Radtke of Wisconsin; sister Valerie Radtke of Wisconsin; brother Paul Radtke and Donna Hansen of Wisconsin; and many loving nieces and nephews; as well as his beloved “buddies” Chauncey and Chihuly.

He was an accomplished fly-fisherman and hunter. He remains in our hearts forever as a gentle, caring soul whom we cannot imagine life without.
