• Animal Magic- August 1st at 3:30pm: Cute and cuddly, creepy and crawly, or slimy and slithering? What animals will be visiting us at the library? Join us in the auditorium and find out!

• History of Michigan Beer- August 1st at 6pm: Ann Arbor author Patti Smith covers Michigan beer history from Prohibition to brewpubs in new book. Get a new appreciation for Michigan beers with this insightful program.

• Indiana Joel Magic Show- August 9th @ 10:30am: Prepared to be WOW'D by the magic of Joel Tacey! Join us in the auditorium for a magical show you won’t want to miss.

• Music Moments at the Library, “Musical Storybook” - August 20th at 10:30am: Through a grant provided by the Monday Musical Club and in collaboration with the Citadel Dance and Music Center, the St. Joseph/ Maud Preston Palenske Memorial Library will host an all-ages musical story time. Enjoy a children's musical story read and acted out with instruments and props by Citadel music faculty & friends
