Jazmyne Hallen has been FOUND

On Wednesday evening detectives from Addison Police Department in Illinios were able to locate Rosanna Eingorn and Jazmyne Hallen.  Jazmyne was listed as a missing person and was recovered with no injuries.  Sheriff’s Office personnel assisted in reunited Jazmyne with her grandparents.  Rosanna Eingorn was arrested and lodged in the Dupage County Jail on both state and federal kidnapping charges.
