Jennifer R. (Liggett) King, 36, of St. Joseph, went to meet her Lord & Savior Jesus Christ, Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at Hanson Hospice Center in Stevensville.
A Celebration of Life Eternal will be held 11:30 A.M. Saturday, February 8, 2014 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Court & Market Streets, St. Joseph, with Rev. Michael Roth officiating. Cremation will follow the service with private inurnment at a later date. Friends may visit with the family from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. Friday at Starks & Menchinger Chapel, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph. Memorials may be made to the Children’s Education Fund or Lakeland Medical Foundation-Radiation Oncology Department. Jenny was born May 27, 1977 in St. Joseph to Ronald & Deborah (Bluschke) Liggett. She graduated from St. Joseph High School Class of 1995. Jenny was employed at Lakeland Hospitals as a computer analyst for the last seventeen years.
She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in St. Joseph. Jenny enjoyed attending her children’s volleyball, baseball, & softball events, and the time spent with family and friends.
Jenny is survived by her children-Bradley & Victoria King; her parents-Ronald & Deborah Liggett of St. Joseph; her brother Brian (Ann Marie) Liggett of Stevensville; two nephews-Alex & Ethan Liggett; her grandmother-Joanne Bluschke of St. Joseph; two uncles-Mike (Mary) Bluschke & Mark (Dawn) Bluschke; and her canine companion Brandy. She was preceded in death by her grandparents-Donald Bluschke, and Norman & Irma Liggett.
